A Saudi military delegation visits the National Center for Security and Crisis Management

 

A military delegation from the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College at the Ministry of National Guard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visited, today, Tuesday, the National Center for Security and Crisis Management to learn about the center’s work mechanism and enhance ways of cooperation in the field of crisis and disaster management.

The delegation, headed by Major General Nayef bin Nasser Al-Harbi, met with the Vice-Chairman of the Center, Brigadier General Hatem Al-Zoubi. The delegation listened to a comprehensive summary of the Center’s work philosophy at the strategic and operational levels in dealing with crises, and the techniques it provides to contribute to unifying all national efforts in accordance with what it reached with modern science of crises in creating a safe and stable national environment.

He stressed that the center works to coordinate national plans and work with various institutions and agencies to anticipate and predict crises of various kinds in accordance with international standards in crisis management.

The delegation was briefed on its tour; the center’s departments and modern equipment prepared to deal with the variables of the strategic environment locally, regionally and internationally.
