His Majesty King Abdullah II entrusts His Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein with establishing the National Center for Security and Crisis Management

His Majesty King Abdullah II entrusted His Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein with the establishment of the National Center for Security and Crisis Management. In a letter addressed to His Highness today, His Majesty the King affirmed that this center will work within a national framework to coordinate and unify our efforts and capabilities to confront the crises and disasters that our dear country may be exposed to, and to manage these crises in their various forms and plan to confront them.
Below is the text of the message:
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
His Royal Highness, dear brother Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, may God protect him
Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings be upon you,
I am pleased to send you my best regards, and to express my deep love for you, a brother, a Hashemite prince, and a loyal soldier of the nation. You are an object of trust and pride, and worthy of every mission whose goal is to serve our dear nation and protect its interests. In all the positions you occupied, you were a model of sincerity, dedication, and self-denial, keen to provide the best, based on your steadfast loyalty to your country, and your belief in the necessity of giving what is dear and valuable, in order to elevate it and advance its blessed path, towards greater progress and prosperity.
My dear brother,
Based on our absolute belief that the growth, prosperity, safety and well-being of our dear country will only be achieved by dealing with our national security, from a comprehensive perspective that achieves these noble goals and employs all our national capabilities and energies to preserve the nation’s achievements, and for the responsibility I have known in you. Given your insightful vision and the ability to formulate a national effort, in which our valiant armed forces, our security institutions, relevant state institutions, and their counterparts from the private sector participate, we entrust you with establishing the National Center for Security and Crisis Management, which has become a national necessity.
This center will work, within a national framework, to coordinate and unify our efforts and capabilities, to confront whatever crises and disasters our dear country may be exposed to, God forbid, and after its completion, it will be of assistance to us in managing crises in their various forms and planning to confront them, and we are confident that this center will be able to support you with your good efforts. Able to put us in perspective of events, and inform us of issues that affect our national security. Wishing you, my dear brother, good luck and success in this mission of yours, and we are confident that you will accomplish it efficiently and competently in the service of our dear country and our dear people
