The National Center for Security and Crises Management concluded on Thursday 20th of November the “Training of Trainers (TOT)” course, held for NCSCM employees in cooperation with Optimal and aligned with international Canadian standards. The program commenced from 16 to 20 November 2025.
Led by consultant Dr. Mahmoud Al-Tayeh, the objective of the course concentrate on providing participants with both theoretical and practical foundations, along with the technical competencies required to develop certified trainers from within the Center’s staff.
The training featured a comprehensive set of modules, including the attributes of an effective trainer, adult learning methodologies, the training cycle, and advanced presentation and delivery skills. These components were designed to elevate participants’ capabilities and equip them with key training-related skills in accordance with professional standards.
This training reflects the Center’s ongoing strategy to enhance and strengthen its human capital and raise overall staff efficiency. The course concluded with the awarding of certificates to the participants.
