Jamaican Delegation Visits the National Center for Security and Crises Management

A delegation from the Ministry of Defense of Jamaica visited the National Center for Security and Crises Management on Sunday to gain insight into the Center’s mechanisms for managing disasters and crises risks, as well as to strengthen international cooperation in the field of crises management.

The delegation, headed by Jamaica’s Inspector General of Defense, Mr. Anthony Gregory, met with Brigadier General Hatem Odeh Al-Zoubi, Vice Chairman of the Center. During the meeting, the delegation received a comprehensive briefing on the Center’s strategic and operational approach to managing crises and disasters, as well as the technologies it employs to unify national efforts in line with modern crises science, to establish a secure, stable, and resilient national environment.

The visit concluded with a tour of the Center’s departments and a review of its advanced technologies used to address evolving strategic challenges at the local, regional, and international levels.
